Fair Posting Policy

BechKhao is a peer-to-peer classifieds marketplace for India. Ads should help people discover real items nearby. This policy explains what you may post, what is prohibited, and how we keep volume fair so search stays useful.

This policy may be updated as the marketplace grows. It is not legal advice.

• You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
• Phone OTP verification is required before you can post or respond to ads.
• One person should not evade limits by creating multiple accounts.

• Title, description, price, condition, and photos must accurately describe the item.
• Mark items as new or used truthfully. Disclose defects and exclusions.
• Use the correct category and locality. Do not mis-tag to game discovery.
• Do not use watermarked stock photos, unrelated images, or images that hide damage.
• Price should be in INR. Do not bait with fake prices to generate leads.

Free accounts have active-listing and chat-initiation caps so the marketplace does not become spam. Paid plans unlock higher limits. Browsing and basic search stay free.

• Do not repost the same item repeatedly to crowd the feed.
• Do not mass-message unrelated buyers or sellers.
• Commercial bulk uploading without the right account type may be removed.

You may not list or promote, among other things:

• Illegal goods or services under Indian law
• Weapons, explosives, and related accessories where restricted
• Drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia
• Stolen goods, counterfeit goods, or goods that infringe IP
• Adult sexual content, escorts, or pornography
• Hazardous materials that cannot be safely transferred peer-to-peer
• Living animals where local rules prohibit classified sale/transfer
• Financial instruments, lottery tickets, or misleading investment schemes
• Hate, harassment, fraud, phishing, or personal data of others

If you are unsure whether an item is allowed, contact contact@bechkhao.com before posting.

• No threats, harassment, discrimination, or scams.
• No requests for OTPs or financial credentials.
• Offers and counters should relate to the listing under discussion.

Our team reviews reports and listings. Ads may be held for review, rejected, or removed. Accounts may be suspended or banned for serious or repeated violations.
