• Keep negotiation inside BechKhao chat so there is a record if something goes wrong.
• Never share OTPs, bank passwords, UPI PINs, or Aadhaar/PAN images with another user.
• Be cautious of deals that are "too good to be true," especially urgency + advance payment pressure.
• Ask for clear photos, condition details, and (when relevant) proof of ownership or purchase.

• Meet in a public place with cameras and people nearby - cafés, malls, or busy marketplaces.
• Avoid inviting strangers to your home for the first meetup.
• Tell a friend where you are going and when you expect to be back.
• Prefer daytime meetups for higher-value items.

• Inspect the item carefully before paying. Test electronics when possible.
• Use traceable payment methods you trust. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash.
• Do not hand over goods before payment clears (and vice versa).
• Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, walk away.

• Report suspicious users, scam attempts, or prohibited listings by emailing contact@bechkhao.com with links and a short description.

We require phone verification before posting or responding, provide in-app chat, review reports for moderation, and publish clear posting rules in our Fair Posting Policy. We do not take possession of goods or process item payments. Meetups and payment for goods happen between users.
